Each round: a random event strikes all colonies. Then each team spends 3 Action Points to manage resources. After decisions, a 60-second trade window opens. Your colony's health score (average of all 4 resources) determines population growth or decline. Highest population after 10 rounds wins.
Actions: BOOST any resource +15 (1 AP) · REPAIR depleted resource to 25 (1 AP) · EXPAND +5 colonists permanently + +3 all resources/round (3 AP, once per game) · STOCKPILE bank 1 AP for next round (max 2 banked)
